Beachwood Condos & Resort is located off SR 109 on Copalis Beach, between Evergreen forests and the North-West coast of Washington State. One of the area's first resorts of its kind, it features private beach access and an observation tower. Guests can visit Oyhut State Park and Pacific Beach State Park to appreciate natural beauty, and the Quinault Casino. Beachwood Resort boasts a hot tub and a private beach area. A rec center is available that can be set up to seat a large group for a party or dinner. Outdoor attractions include a BBQ area and a picnic area. Onsite safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit. Guests are responsible for any missing and/or damaged items during their stay. A dog's bathroom is located behind the Clam Hut. No pets are allowed inside the Clubhouse, Sauna, or Viewing tower. Guests must phone the manager 24 hours in advance of scheduled arrival. 72 hours' notice is required prior to the day of check-in during low seasons. An extensive bus route stops in front of the grove driveway.

Each townhouse at Beachwood Condos & Resort includes a seating area with sofa or futon, cable TV, and a fireplace. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Certain units feature a seating area. Bungalows include a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Meals can be prepared in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware, and an oven. Some bungalows feature a fireplace.
